Description
Five Stones Rosé is a kosher pink wine made mevushal, which means it can be handled and poured by anyone and still remain kosher. Rosé gets its pink color from brief contact with red grape skins, and is a popular choice for warm weather and casual entertaining.
Dry-to-off-dry rosé of this kind typically shows strawberry, raspberry and watermelon, with a hint of citrus and floral lift, plus crisp acidity that keeps the finish clean and refreshing.
Serve very cold, about 45°F, on a warm day with salads, grilled shrimp, charcuterie or light appetizers. It is at its best young and cold, enjoyed within a year or two of the vintage. This wine is kosher and mevushal.
