Cantina Gabriele's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a kosher Italian red with juicy black cherry and plum flavors and a soft finish. Single-variety red wines are made to show the character of the grape and the place it is grown, so each bottle offers a clear window into its style.
Montepulciano is typically round and fruity, with black cherry, plum and a hint of spice, soft tannins and a smooth, rustic finish.
Serve at about 60-65°F with pasta, pizza, grilled sausages or hard cheeses. A short breathing time in the glass can help the flavors come together. This wine is kosher.
