TASTING NOTES - Deep purple in color with delicate, balanced acidity, this full-bodied wine has a long-lasting finish and velvety texture.  Tastes of black cherry, blueberry, plum jam will fill your mouth along with background flavors of clove, coffee and browned butter. 

PRODUCTION NOTES -  Full malolactic fermentation, and 12 months of aging in French oak barrels.
