Description
Galil Mountain Winery is a kosher winery in Israel's Upper Galilee. This Grenache is a lighter-style red made from the Grenache grape. Blends allow a winemaker to combine the strengths of several grapes, building a wine with more complexity and balance than a single variety might offer.
Grenache is typically ripe and juicy, with strawberry, raspberry and cherry fruit, a hint of spice and soft tannins.
Serve slightly cooled with grilled chicken, lamb, roasted vegetables or Mediterranean mezze. A short breathing time in the glass can help the flavors come together. This wine is kosher.
