Description
Gilgal is a kosher label from the Golan Heights Winery in Israel. This Sauvignon Blanc offers guava, pineapple, lemon, peach and melon fruit with refreshing balance. Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant, aromatic white grape that is especially popular for its freshness and clear varietal character.
Sauvignon Blanc is prized for its zesty profile of citrus, green apple and gooseberry, often with fresh herbal or tropical notes, brisk acidity and a clean, dry finish.
Serve well chilled with goat cheese, salads, oysters and grilled seafood, or simply as a refreshing aperitif. It is best enjoyed young, while the fruit and acidity are at their liveliest. This wine is kosher.
