Glen Moray is a Speyside single malt distillery in Elgin, Scotland. This expression is finished in port casks, which add a gentle fruity sweetness to the malt. Single malt Scotch is made from malted barley at a single distillery, and finishing in different casks is a way to add flavor and character.
