Description
Glen Moray is a Speyside single malt distillery in Elgin, Scotland. This expression is finished in sherry casks, which add notes of dried fruit, nuts and spice. Single malt Scotch is made from malted barley at a single distillery, and finishing in different casks is a way to add flavor and character.
Single malt Scotch finished in wine-seasoned casks typically shows malty sweetness and fruit, balanced by oak and spice, with a smooth, warming finish.
Enjoy neat or with a splash of water to open up the aromas, or over a single large ice cube. Allow it a few minutes in the glass to open up before the first sip.
