Description
Hajdu Pinot Noir is a kosher Oregon red from the 2024 vintage, offering red cherry, cranberry and earthy spice. Pinot Noir is a thin-skinned, delicate grape that rewards careful winemaking, and is loved for its elegance and versatility with food.
Pinot Noir is known for its lighter body and silky texture, with red cherry, raspberry and strawberry fruit, a little earth and spice, and fresh acidity with gentle tannins.
Serve lightly cooled, around 55-60°F, with roast chicken, salmon, duck, mushroom dishes or soft cheeses. Its lighter style also makes it an excellent red for warm evenings or lighter meals. This wine is kosher.
