Description
Hardin's Creek Jacob's Well is an ultra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon from the James B. Beam Distilling Co., aged 211 months (over 17 and a half years). Named for Jacob Beam, who began the family's distilling legacy in 1795, it is distilled from three grains as a sour mash and bottled at 109 proof (54.5% ABV).
Expect deep caramel, dark fruit and toasted oak with warm baking spice and a long, rich finish. A collector-grade bourbon best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
