Description
Hiro Junmai Ginjo is a premium Japanese sake brewed from carefully polished rice for a refined, elegant character. The 720ml bottle is a generous size for sharing. Sake is brewed from fermented rice, and its grades reflect how much of the grain is polished away before brewing.
Sake of this style is smooth and delicate, with soft rice sweetness, light fruity and floral notes and a clean finish.
Serve chilled or lightly cool with sushi, sashimi, tempura or light Japanese dishes. For best results, store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark place until you are ready to serve. It pairs easily with a wide range of everyday dishes, which makes it a handy bottle to keep on hand.
