Description
Isaac's Ram 2014 Cabernet Franc is a mature kosher red from Hevron Heights Winery, with savory dark fruit, herbal notes and well-integrated tannins. The extra bottle age gives it a softer, more developed character. Cabernet Sauvignon is the world's most widely planted red grape, prized for its depth, structure and aging potential.
Cabernet Sauvignon of this style typically shows blackcurrant, dark cherry and cedar on the nose, with a structured palate, firm tannins and a lingering finish.
Serve at about 60-65°F with grilled steak, lamb or aged cheeses. A short decant helps it open up. This is a kosher wine, suited to holiday and Shabbat tables. Decant briefly, as older wines can carry some sediment.
