Description
Jerusalem Winery Quintessence Ice Wine is a sweet kosher dessert wine from Israel. Ice-style wines are made from very ripe, concentrated grapes, giving a rich, honeyed sweetness balanced by fresh acidity.
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 F, in a small glass. It pairs well with fruit desserts, cheesecake, blue or aged cheeses, or can be enjoyed on its own after a meal. This wine is kosher.
