Description
Katlav Red Boaz is a kosher red from Katlav Winery, a boutique producer in the Adullam region of Israel. Blending allows a winemaker to combine the strengths of several varieties into one wine with more complexity than a single grape might offer.
Red blends like this are typically built for balance: ripe dark fruit, a touch of spice and oak, and smooth, rounded tannins from start to finish.
