Description
Korbel Brut is a California sparkling wine from Korbel, made in the traditional style in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. This is the single-serve 187ml size.
Korbel blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, French Colombard and Pinot Noir for lively aromas of citrus and a hint of spice, with crisp flavors of orange, lime and vanilla and a stream of fine bubbles. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
Serve well chilled, on its own or in a brunch mimosa. The small bottle is perfect for a single glass, picnics or gift baskets.
