Description
La Celia Cabernet Reserva is an Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon from La Celia, a winery in the Uco Valley of Mendoza. Reserva wines spend some time in oak for added structure. Cabernet Sauvignon is the world's most widely planted red grape, prized for its depth, structure and aging potential.
Cabernet Sauvignon of this style typically shows blackcurrant, dark cherry and cedar on the nose, with a structured palate, firm tannins and a lingering finish.
Serve at about 60-65°F with grilled steak, lamb or aged cheeses. A short decant helps it open up. It pairs easily with a wide range of everyday dishes, which makes it a handy bottle to keep on hand.
