Description
La Celia Heritage Malbec is an elegant, complex red with fresh red-fruit characteristics, ripe black fruit and balsamic notes. It comes from La Celia, a winery in Argentina's Uco Valley. The title lists the 2012 vintage. Malbec found its second home in Argentina, where it produces fruit-forward reds with plenty of character.
Malbec is typically rich and plush, with dark plum, blackberry and violet notes, a hint of spice and a smooth, full finish.
Serve at about 60-65°F with grilled steak, empanadas, burgers or aged cheeses. A dependable choice for gifting, gatherings or a quiet evening at home. For best results, store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark place until you are ready to serve.
