Description
La Marca Prosecco is one of Italy's most popular Proseccos, made in the Veneto from Glera grapes. This 1.5L magnum is a showpiece for parties and toasts.
Expect fine, persistent bubbles and fresh notes of green apple, honeysuckle and citrus, with crisp acidity and a clean, bright finish. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
Serve well chilled in flutes, or use it as the base for Bellinis, mimosas and Aperol spritzes for a crowd. It pairs well with appetizers, seafood and light salads. For the best bubbles, chill it thoroughly for at least three hours, open it gently, and pour into a flute or tulip glass rather than a wide coupe.
