Description
La Scolca Gavi di Gavi is a dry Italian white from La Scolca, one of the most respected Gavi producers, made in the Gavi di Gavi zone. Gavi comes from the hills of Piedmont in northwest Italy and is one of the region's best-known whites.
Gavi is a dry white from the Cortese grape, typically crisp and mineral, with citrus, green apple and almond notes and a clean, refreshing finish.
Serve well chilled with seafood, risotto, antipasti or light pasta dishes. A dependable choice for gifting, gatherings or a quiet evening at home. For best results, store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark place until you are ready to serve.
