Description
Lewis Pasco Blend is a boutique kosher Israeli red wine crafted by a noted winemaker as a small-production bottling. Blending allows a winemaker to combine the strengths of several varieties into one wine with more complexity than a single grape might offer.
Red blends like this are typically built for balance: ripe dark fruit, a touch of spice and oak, and smooth, rounded tannins from start to finish.
Serve at about 60-65°F with roasted meats, burgers, stews or hard cheeses. This is a kosher wine, suited to holiday and Shabbat tables. For best results, store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark place until you are ready to serve.
