Description
MacQueens 32 Year Old is a rare, long-aged Scotch whisky. More than three decades in cask build deep, sherried character.
Expect mature oak, dried fruit and honey over soft tannin and warm spice, with a long, elegant finish. Scotch whisky must be matured in oak for at least three years in Scotland, and the type of cask used plays a large part in shaping the final flavor.
Sip it neat, slowly. It is a collectible old malt for special occasions. A few drops of room-temperature water can open up the aroma, and it pairs well with dark chocolate, smoked salmon or aged cheese. A tulip-shaped glass helps concentrate the aromas for slow, mindful sipping.
