Description
Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino is a vermouth from Martini & Rossi, a new style of Vermouth di Torino named for its ruby color, with peppery notes that pay homage to Genoa, the home of the Italian spice trade. The standard 750ml bottle is a convenient size for sharing at dinner.
Rubino-style vermouth shows ripe red fruit and warming baking spice with a peppery lift, a gentle bittersweet balance and a long, aromatic finish. It is complex enough to sip on its own yet versatile in cocktails. Because fortified styles are rich and concentrated, a small pour goes a long way, and the flavors keep evolving in the glass.
Serve over ice with an orange slice, or use it in a Manhattan, Negroni or Americano. It also makes a fine gift for anyone who enjoys after-dinner drinks.
