Description
Metaxa 7 Star is a Greek spirit that blends aged brandy with Muscat wine and a mix of Mediterranean botanicals. This is the 750ml bottle.
Expect a smooth, rounded style with dried fruit, honey, vanilla, spice and orange peel and a soft, warming finish. Brandy is a spirit distilled from fermented fruit, most often grapes, and usually aged in oak, which adds color, vanilla and warm spice. It is traditionally served after dinner, but also works well in classics like the Sidecar, Brandy Alexander and Old Fashioned.
Sip neat or over ice, or use it in cocktails in place of brandy. Pair it with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, dried fruit or baked apple desserts, and serve at room temperature to let the aromas open.
