Description
Metzuda Sataf Cabernet Sauvignon is a kosher Israeli red wine from Metzuda Winery, showing blackcurrant, dark cherry and a touch of oak spice. The standard 750ml bottle is a convenient size for sharing at dinner.
Expect blackcurrant, dark cherry and cassis with a touch of oak spice, firm but polished tannins and a long, structured finish. The style leans on dark fruit and balance. Because style and oak treatment vary by producer, the exact balance of fruit, spice and tannin may differ from bottle to bottle, but the overall impression should be a friendly, food-oriented red.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, with brisket, grilled steak or lamb. This wine is kosher. It is also a good bottle to bring to a dinner or a holiday table.
