This CABERNET SAUVIGNON is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78. Then aged in French oak for three months. Mid red in color with aromas of raspberries and cassis, this mid bodied cabernet has a gentle tannins and a balanced acidity.
