Mony M Rosé is a kosher rosé from Mony Vineyards in Israel, made from the first juice of Cabernet Sauvignon and fermented in stainless steel. The standard 750ml bottle is a convenient size for sharing at dinner.
Rosé typically shows strawberry, raspberry and melon fruit with crisp acidity and a refreshing, clean finish, light in body and easy to enjoy. Because style varies by producer, the exact balance of fruit and acidity may differ, but the overall impression should be light, bright and refreshing.
