The Mony Vineyards estate is a boutique family owned and operated winery, located in the birthplace of Samson, on the hills overlooking Sorek Valley near Beit Shemesh. The superior quality of the Sorek Valley yields fine wine grapes perfected by Mony Wineries. This wine is from the most elite series produced by Mony. It is a perfectly balanced blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 9% Malbec, and 9% Petite Verdot. These grapes underwent maturation in new French oak barrels for the duration of twenty months. It is a full bodied wine which is rich in flavors, has a nice, pleasurable, long elegant finish.
