Description
Mount Gay Eclipse is a golden Barbados rum, a blend of pot- and column-still rums from one of the world's oldest rum distilleries.
Expect notes of banana, toffee and vanilla, a smooth, lightly spiced palate, and a warm finish. The Caribbean and Latin American rum tradition spans bright, grassy white rums to deeply sweet, oaky aged bottlings.
