Description
Mukuzani Eagle is a dry red wine named for Mukuzani, a well-known red-wine appellation in Georgia, where the Saperavi grape is the standard. The standard 750ml bottle is a convenient size for sharing at dinner.
Georgian Mukuzani reds are typically deep and dark, with ripe black cherry and plum, savory spice and firm tannins, finishing dry and structured. Because style and oak treatment vary by producer, the exact balance of fruit, spice and tannin may differ from bottle to bottle, but the overall impression should be a friendly, food-oriented red.
