Description
New Riff Single Barrel is a Kentucky whiskey from New Riff Distilling in Newport, bottled from an individually selected barrel so no two bottles are exactly alike. New Riff is known for non-chill-filtered, high-rye whiskeys with plenty of character.
Bourbons in this style typically show caramel, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, with baking spice and a touch of fruit on the palate, finishing warm and medium in length. Individual bottlings vary, so treat these notes as typical of the style rather than a precise tasting profile for this bottle.
Enjoy it neat or over a large cube, or use it as the base for an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. A good match for barbecue, smoked meats, aged cheddar or a dark chocolate dessert. Please drink responsibly. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
