Noah Riesling Semi-Dry hails from the foothills of the Judean Mountains south and east of Jerusalem near Beit Shemesh, a white wine made from Riesling in a semi-dry style. The standard 750ml bottle is a convenient size for sharing at dinner.
Riesling typically shows green apple, peach and citrus with lively acidity that balances its sweetness, finishing fresh and clean. Because style and winemaking vary by producer, the exact balance of fruit, acidity and texture may differ from bottle to bottle, but the overall impression should be fresh and food-friendly.
