Description
Notte Prosecco DOC is an Italian sparkling wine from the Prosecco DOC zone of northeastern Italy. It is a light, lively bubbly with a floral, fruity personality.
Expect delicate bubbles with notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, followed by a crisp, clean finish. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
Serve well chilled, around 40 to 45°F, in a flute or tulip glass. It suits aperitif hour, light appetizers and salty snacks, and it works well in a mimosa or Bellini. For the best bubbles, chill it thoroughly for at least three hours, open it gently, and pour into a flute or tulip glass rather than a wide coupe.
