Odem Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard 1060 comes from Odem Mountain Winery, whose vineyards sit high on the slopes of the Golan Heights in northern Israel. The elevation and volcanic soils contribute to the wine's concentrated character.
Expect dark berry fruit with subtle oak and spice, full-bodied structure, and a long, velvety finish.
