Philip Jones sought to fill another void in the kosher wine marketplace. Together with his wife, Sheryl, and with cooperation from Royal Wine Corporation, the Jones established Evans Vineyard and winery. This Washington winery is a dedicated kosher winery.

This subtlety sweet Riesling from Washington state is a collaboration of Pacifica's New Zealand and American winemakers. It's light to medium-bodied and refreshing with crisp acidity, balance, and good structure. The vibrant palate sends across sweet green apple, pear, white peach, citrus, wet stones, and minerals as well as notes of lemon drops. Try with a Salad with Goat Cheese, Pears, and Candied Pecans. or a lightly spiced Vindaloo.
