Description
Paul Masson VS 3 Year is a California-style brandy with a 3-year age statement, bottled in 750ml.
Expect a smooth profile of vanilla, oak and dried fruit with a mellow finish. Brandy is a spirit distilled from fermented fruit, most often grapes, and usually aged in oak, which adds color, vanilla and warm spice. It is traditionally served after dinner, but also works well in classics like the Sidecar, Brandy Alexander and Old Fashioned.
Serve over ice, with soda or ginger ale, or in simple cocktails. Pair it with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, dried fruit or baked apple desserts, and serve at room temperature to let the aromas open. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, and it will keep well once opened.
