Description
Penelope Crème Brûlée is a limited release from the Architect Series, which pairs Penelope's MGP-sourced, high-rye bourbon with custom-selected French oak staves for finishing. The Crème Brûlée edition is built to deliver a dessert-style flavor profile, without any added sweeteners, from the wood alone.
The nose brings vanilla custard, caramel, brown sugar and toasted oak. The palate is creamy and sweet, with buttery vanilla, caramelized sugar and gentle oak spice, and the finish is silky with lingering vanilla.
