Description
Poças 30 Year Tawny Port is a premium aged fortified wine from Portugal's Douro Valley, shaped by decades of barrel aging. The standard 750ml bottle is a convenient size for sharing at dinner.
Tawny Port is aged in wood, developing dried fig, caramel, roasted nuts and warm spice, with a smooth, sweet palate and a long, mellow finish. Longer aging brings more complexity and nuttiness. Because fortified styles are rich and concentrated, a small pour goes a long way, and the flavors keep evolving in the glass.
