Description
Polonaise Spirytus is an ultra-high-proof Polish rectified spirit at 96% alcohol by volume (192 proof), traditionally used for homemade liqueurs, cordials, and infusions rather than drinking straight.
It is extremely potent, with a sharp, clean alcohol aroma and a neutral palate. It should be diluted before drinking. Spirits at this strength are used in the Polish tradition to make nalewki (fruit liqueurs), herbal extracts, and cordials, where the neutral base lets the infused ingredient take center stage. Always dilute to a safe strength before serving.
