Description
Psagot Dessert Wine is a sweet kosher wine from Psagot Winery in Israel, made to be poured at the end of a meal. A 750ml bottle serves about five glasses. A dependable choice for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, holiday meals, hosting guests or a relaxed evening at home.
Tasting profile: Dessert wines are typically rich and sweet, with ripe fruit, honeyed notes and a smooth, lingering finish.
Serve chilled in small glasses with fruit, cheese or desserts, or on its own. Pour it in clean glasses, and let the bottle settle a few minutes after opening. This wine is kosher. Once opened, reseal the bottle and store it cool; fortified and sweet wines keep well for a few weeks.
