Description
Psagot Edom is a kosher red wine from the Psagot Winery in the Judean mountains, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot aged in French oak.
Expect layered aromas of dark fruit and spice, a rich, balanced palate with a wide structure, and a harmonious finish. Kosher wines are produced under rabbinical supervision, and this Bordeaux-style blend from the Judean mountains is a good fit for holiday meals and special dinners.
Serve at about 16 to 18 C, ideally after a short time in a decanter. It pairs well with roast beef, lamb, and aged cheeses.
