Description
Psagot Malbec is a kosher red from Israel's Judean Hills, showing dark plum, blackberry, spice and cocoa notes in a full-bodied style. A 750ml bottle serves about five glasses. A dependable choice for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, holiday meals, hosting guests or a relaxed evening at home.
Tasting profile: Malbec is typically full-bodied and plush, with dark plum, blackberry, spice and a hint of cocoa, and a smooth finish.
Serve at about 60 to 65°F with grilled steak, lamb or hearty pasta. Pour it in clean glasses, and let the bottle settle a few minutes after opening. This wine is kosher. Once opened, reseal the bottle and keep it refrigerated; it will hold its character for several days, so there is no need to finish it in one sitting.
