Description
Puzzle Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine in the Puzzle range, made for a rich Cabernet profile with a lingering finish. A 750ml bottle serves about five glasses. A dependable choice for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, holiday meals, hosting guests or a relaxed evening at home.
Tasting profile: Cabernet Sauvignon is typically full-bodied, with dark fruit such as blackcurrant and black cherry, hints of cedar and spice, and firm tannins that carry into a long, structured finish.
Serve at about 60 to 65°F with grilled steak, lamb, burgers or aged cheeses. A short decant helps a young bottle open up. Pour it in clean glasses, and let the bottle settle a few minutes after opening. Once opened, reseal the bottle and keep it refrigerated; it will hold its character for several days, so there is no need to finish it in one sitting.
