Description
Ramat Negev Cabernet Franc is a kosher red wine from Ramat Negev Winery in Israel's Negev desert region. A 750ml bottle serves about five glasses. A dependable choice for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, holiday meals, hosting guests or a relaxed evening at home.
Tasting profile: Cabernet Franc is typically medium to full-bodied, with red and black berry fruit, a savory herbal edge, supple tannins and a lingering, slightly peppery finish.
Serve at about 60 to 65°F with roast chicken, lamb, mushrooms or hard cheeses. Pour it in clean glasses, and let the bottle settle a few minutes after opening. This wine is kosher. Once opened, reseal the bottle and keep it refrigerated; it will hold its character for several days, so there is no need to finish it in one sitting.
