This round Cabernet Sauvignon has firm tannins, medium body, and solid acidity. Flavors of cranberry, plum, cherry, raspberry, spice, herbs, and pomegranate with nuances of truffle, dark chocolate, and roasted almond wake up the smooth palate. Try with rich stews, game, casseroles and robust vegetarian entrees.
