Description
Red Diamond Shiraz is an everyday red wine made to be bold, fruity and approachable. A 750ml bottle serves about five glasses. A dependable choice for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, holiday meals, hosting guests or a relaxed evening at home.
Tasting profile: Syrah is typically full-bodied, with blackberry and plum, black pepper and smoky notes, and a smooth, spicy finish.
Serve at about 60 to 65°F with grilled meats, stews or hard cheeses. Pour it in clean glasses, and let the bottle settle a few minutes after opening. Once opened, reseal the bottle and keep it refrigerated; it will hold its character for several days, so there is no need to finish it in one sitting.
