Description
Redemption Rum Cask is a whiskey from Redemption, distilled in Indiana and finished in rum casks. It is a hand-crafted whiskey with bold, spicy notes.
Expect notes of spice, caramel and a hint of tropical sweetness from the rum cask finish, a smooth palate, and a warm finish. The Caribbean and Latin American rum tradition spans bright, grassy white rums to deeply sweet, oaky aged bottlings.
Enjoy it neat or on the rocks, or use it as a base for cocktails. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a classic rum cocktail such as a Daiquiri or Dark and Stormy.
