Description
Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold California red that blends rich fruit character with the distinctive influence of bourbon cask aging. On the nose, it opens with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and vanilla, accented by toasted oak and caramel. The palate is full and layered, with flavors of ripe plum, mocha, and baking spice, balanced by hints of smoky oak from the charred bourbon barrels. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving notes of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spice. Crafted in California's Central Coast, this innovative wine reflects Robert Mondavi's pioneering spirit and commitment to pushing boundaries in winemaking.
