Description
Ron Barceló Añejo is a smooth aged rum from the Dominican Republic, matured in oak.
Expect notes of caramel, vanilla and dried fruit, a smooth, mellow palate, and a warm finish. Extended barrel aging typically rounds off the rough edges of rum and layers in baking spice, caramel and toasted wood.
Sip it neat, over ice, or mix it with cola. Sip it slowly, with a few drops of water if you like, and pair it with dark chocolate, nuts, or aged cheese. It makes a fine gift for rum drinkers and works well as a step up from everyday sipping rums. The 1.75L handle is built for parties and well-stocked home bars.
