Description
Ron Viejo de Caldas is a smooth aged Colombian rum with warm notes of caramel, vanilla and spice.
Expect a mellow palate and a soft, warm finish. Extended barrel aging typically rounds off the rough edges of rum and layers in baking spice, caramel and toasted wood.
Sip it neat or over ice, or mix it with cola. Pour it neat or over a single large cube so you can taste how it evolves, and consider pairing it with dark chocolate or a good cigar.
