Description
Slivovitz Troyanska 7 Year is a 7-year-aged plum brandy (slivovitz), bottled in 750ml.
Expect deeper plum and stone-fruit character with soft oak and a rounder, more complex finish than a younger slivovitz. Fruit and pomace spirits like this are typically unaged or lightly aged, so the character of the base ingredient stays front and center. They are traditionally served in small glasses after a meal, slightly chilled rather than ice cold, to let the aromas open.
Serve neat in small glasses, lightly chilled, as an aperitif or digestif. Pair with cheese, cured meats, nuts or a strong espresso, and sip slowly. Store upright in a cool place and reseal tightly after opening.
