Description
Soldeica Pisco is a pisco, a grape brandy distilled and bottled without oak aging. This is the 750ml bottle.
Pisco is typically clear and aromatic, with floral and grape character, citrus and light spice, and a clean finish. Pisco is made by distilling fermented grape juice and is normally rested in neutral vessels rather than oak, so the grape aromatics stay pure. It is the base of the Pisco Sour, made with lime juice, simple syrup, egg white and bitters, and it also works in a Chilcano with ginger ale and lime.
Use it in a Pisco Sour or Chilcano, or sip it chilled. Serve cold to bring out the floral lift, and garnish with a lime wheel or a few drops of bitters.
